In fact whether you are a guest at a house in a hill station, or a traveler who just walked into a restaurant by the side of the highway, you will be welcomed like a long lost friend.
I will never forget the day and the several hours I spent with a local Indian family in a village in Uttrakhand. They offered me tea at their home and they also introduced me some historical and legendary issues related to the region. Fortunately, I was able to meet some families from our country and of course the crew of the Flip Video who were on vacation that time, and definitely this impromptu visit became one of the best part of my trip because travel is also a way of meeting a lot of people along the journey.
